The mobile game is a natural satellite of a child's life, a source of joyful emotions with great educational force.

The program is designed for the formation of personality of students of primary school



Development intended for recreational work with children interested in physical culture, sport and strengthening of their health. It is composed for children (first to fourth grades (6 – 10 years). Tasks:



-a comprehensive harmonic development of the personality.



-the motivation to preservation and strengthening of health;



-to attach to systematic occupations by physical culture and sports;



-formation of skills of a healthy lifestyle;



-formation of knowledge about personal hygiene, daily routine, about the impact of physical exercise on all body systems on the health and development of motor skills, abilities;



-the formation of a physically healthy person;



-familiarization with the rules of safety during training;



The structure of the lessons (in the winter)



Preparatory part



1. Organized out of the school building.

2. Walking on skis in a uniform pace (10-15 minutes) .



The main part
