"School of young acrobats" 2018

A training session on acrobatics for children of primary school age are "School of young acrobats"

The goal: to educate children in the love of the sport, to form need daily exercise.

Duration: 45 minutes.

Venue: sports hall.

Equipment: 2 trampoline (diameter 100 cm), 1 trampoline (diameter 120 cm, gymnastic mats, exercise ball, balls with handles - the number of children, long jump rope (5 m Hoop (diameter 90 cm, 2 tables for performing plastic etudes (height 50 cm, tape recorder.

Benefits: shields depicting the symbols of the halls of the "school of young acrobats" (6 PCs.).

The teacher talks about goals and tasks set in class, motivation is achieved by amending the explanation fabulous item: a visit to the "school of young acrobats". The teacher reminds the rules of safety during exercise. In order to prepare the body for the work ahead (to create a mental attitude to ensure the availability of the motor apparatus to perform the exercises of the main part) using the following tools – variety of movements, exercises in attention and coordination. In the process of performing tasks attention is paid to the prevention of flatfoot, preservation of posture and emotional state of children.

ORU using the fitball balls with handles increase the interest in the content classes. Warm-up is conducted with music to create a positive emotional state involved.

The main part is the use of a variety of ways and means of development of motor qualities in children.

The children are jumping through spinning long rope. The complexity of the tasks is governed by the teacher depending on the abilities of children. Focuses on the coordination of movements of children. Jumps are performed with musical accompaniment, which contributes to development of sense of rhythm in dealing.

In these parts of the lesson used individual exercises, exercise two, exercise three, the combination of acrobatic elements. The teacher used different methods of organizing involved:

1. front – when performing simple exercises;

2. thread - group – when performing more difficult exercises;

3. method individual tasks – when performing a complex of exercises tailored to the individual characteristics of children.

Children are given the opportunity for independent creative work.

To bring the body to a calm state and promote faster recovery after physical activity apply soothing exercises, relaxation exercises of the muscles and also the asanas (postures of yoga) – exercises on development of mobility of joints, coordination and flexibility. Interesting variety of names of the exercises to develop the imagination of children and stimulate their implementation. Relaxation exercises that support the emotional state of children, forced to relax. During the debriefing of the lesson the teacher observes the diligence, perseverance and success of children.
